How do I measure my bra size correctly?
Stand straight without bra (or unpadded bra). Underbust: snug tape directly under bust. Bust: tape at fullest point, parallel to floor, not too tight. Take measurements in cm or inches. Calculator does the rest.
What's the difference between band and cup size?
Band is the number (32, 34, 36) — measured under bust. Cup is the letter (A, B, C, D) — based on difference between bust and underbust. A cup is ~2.5cm difference, B is ~5cm, C is ~7.5cm, etc.
Why does my bra size keep changing?
Bra size changes due to: weight changes, pregnancy/breastfeeding, hormonal changes (menstrual cycle, menopause), age, exercise affecting muscle tone, or different bra brands sizing differently. Re-measure every 6-12 months.
Is US and UK bra size the same?
Band is similar but cup sizing differs above D. US: D, DD, DDD, G, H. UK: D, DD, E, F, FF. So a US 34DDD = UK 34E. International brands may use different scales — check size guides.
Why does my bra feel uncomfortable?

What if my measurement is between sizes?
If band is between sizes (e.g., 32.5"), try both 32 and 34 — bands stretch with wear. If cup is between, sister sizes work: 34C ≈ 32D ≈ 36B (same cup volume, different band).
